For 25 years, two beams of light have risen above New York City each September 11, a powerful symbol of remembrance, honoring the Twin Towers and the nearly 3,000 people whose lives were lost. In 2026, for the first time, the nation was invited to witness Tribute in Light together, in partnership with the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. The broadcast features live performances from the base of the iconic beams, creating a shared moment of remembrance for audiences across the country.
